Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Product ONE. By booking a photography session or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services and Scope
We provide professional product photography as outlined in your selected package. Any additional services or requirements outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the creative brief prior to the shoot.
2. Booking and Payment
•A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
•Full payment must be received prior to final image delivery.
•Payments can be made via Stripe or BACS transfer.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
•Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund of any payment made.
•Cancellations made within 2–5 days of the shoot will incur a 10% fee of the total booking value.
•Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot will forfeit the 25% deposit.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance.
4. Image Delivery
•Final images will be delivered digitally within 5 working days of the shoot, once full payment has been received.
•Delivery times may vary depending on image volume, retouching requirements, and overall project complexity.
5. Copyright and Usage
•All images remain the copyright of Product ONE unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the images for the agreed purpose only.
•Unauthorised use, resale, or distribution of the images is prohibited.
6. Creative Standards and Revisions
•All work is produced to a professional standard consistent with our portfolio and previous work. By booking our services, clients acknowledge and accept our creative style.
• Clients are entitled to up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions, provided requests are made within 5 days of image delivery. Revisions must relate to the original brief and agreed scope of work.
•Any additional revisions or changes outside of the original brief may incur additional charges.
•Due to the subjective nature of photography, dissatisfaction based on personal preference or style does not constitute grounds for a refund.
•In the absence of revision requests within the stated timeframe, the work will be considered accepted and completed.
7. Liability and Returns
•We take every reasonable precaution to ensure high-quality results; however, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
•Clients are responsible for providing accurate product information and ensuring items are delivered on time for the scheduled shoot.
• We offer a free return shipping service for items within standard courier limits. Returns are shipped via Royal Mail using a tracked service.
•Free returns are limited to items within Royal Mail medium parcel size and weight restrictions (maximum 61cm × 46cm × 46cm, up to 20kg). Items exceeding these limits may incur additional return shipping charges.
•While all reasonable care is taken in packaging and handling, return shipments are covered only up to the compensation limits provided by the courier. Additional insurance can be arranged upon request at the client’s expense.
•Clients are responsible for ensuring items are appropriately packaged for return. We are not liable for damage caused by insufficient or inadequate packaging.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
